For over 8 years, DCTCG has been supporting home, small and medium businesses with their computer needs. Started in 2001 by Douglas Gentile, the company has grown to assisting over 100 clients in southern California. All clients have been referred to us; we did zero outside marketing.
In 2007, Colby Samuels came onboard to support the companyís growing demands.
DCTCG specializes in assisting small and medium businesses with all of their technology requirements. We act as your in-house computer department and help out with purchasing, networking, programming, server and computer troubleshooting, phone assistance, and technical support. Should a job exceed the time typically taken to complete the specific task, time is credited back to you. If we are unable to perform a task, we will inform you and either match you with one of our partners to assist us in managing the job or allow them to work with you directly. Depending on the situation, we can deliver troubleshooting and issue resolution in person, by phone, or by remotely accessing the affected systems by way or remote access technologies. Should you or your employees have questions regarding software usage or issues with a particular application program, telephone assistance is offered during normally scheduled business hours. When a new hardware device or software program is requested, we assist by providing estimates and even detailed comparables when needed.
